1. HOW TO APPLY FOR AFTER SCHOOL, EARLY BIRDS OR BREAKFAST CLUB SESSIONS:

Please make sure you sign page 8 and complete in full the application form, pages 9 to 11 and include page 12 if it is an After School Club application.  Spaces are limited and we can only accept pupils with full documentation provided.

If your query has not been answered or if you wish to discuss anything, please contact Mrs Richardson either by phone 01273 294 900 or by email to bursar@westdene.brighton-hove.sch.uk.

3. HOW TO CONTACT US

The Extended Services telephone number is 01273 294 901. Please contact this number if you are delayed in picking up your child or if your child is ill and unable to attend the Club.

If you do have any feedback regarding the Extended Services, please speak to Roxi Prince-Iles (our Extended Services Manager).

If you have any other queries, please either refer to the FAQs or contact Mrs Richardson in the school office.

4. REMINDERS

Arrivals Policy for Early Birds and Breakfast Club can be viewed here

Early Birds - please do not drop off your child before 7.40am  - the school does not have staff available to look after your child before this time.

Breakfast Club - please do not drop off your child before 8am at Breakfast Club.  Parents/carers will be required to wait with their child until 8am if they have not booked Early Bird sessions.

After School Club - please pick your child up by 6pm from After School Club - the club and school close promptly.

5. AFTER SCHOOL AND BREAKFAST CLUB MENU

Please click here to see the After School Club snack menu. We ask that parents complete the snack menu choice form as soon as possible and either return it by email to bursar@westdene.brighton-hove.sch.uk OR hand it in at the school office so that each child gets their selected snack ahead of each session.

 

6. ONLINE PAYMENTS

We are now able to offer parents the opportunity to pay for After School & Breakfast Club online.  Unfortunately we were not able to use ParentPay (which is the online payment system that parents can use to pay for trips, events and dinner money) but hopefully you will find using a second online system just as easy and efficient.

The new online payment system for After School & Breakfast Club is www.scopay.com/westdene-brighton who use Worldpay to process payments.  Please contact the School Office for your unique code to get started.

10. PARENT/CARER SURVEY 2016 SURVEY RESULTS

During the Summer Term 2016 we sent home a survey to parents/carers whose children are registered to attend the After School Club, Breakfast Club and/or Early Birds to complete.  We were thrilled that so many replied - a huge thank you to all.
