Class 5B started their flute Soundmakers project on Wednesday 26th April - what a brillant start you made! Well done!

Mr Williams has finished his placement at Westdene - we'd like to say a HUGE thank you to him for all his help in our Soundmakers sessions & for the "extra" flute practice sessions he ran. Thank you very much & good luck!!

The day of our end of project concert performed for families & friends & other year 5 classes who had participted in this project during the year. Below is a note from our school newsletter, following the concert:
5B Soundmakers Concert
Congratulations to 5B for a fantastic Soundmakers end of project concert on Wednesday! You really did play extremely well & everyone enjoyed watching your super performance! Thank you to everyone who was able to come & support us & a special thank you to parent helpers for organising drinks & cakes for our post-concert celebrations!
