Signing Up

On Friday 14th September (PM), email invites were sent out to parents/carers to sign up for School Ping. Please check your inbox and junk mail folder for this message. It contains a link that leads you through the sign-up process.

If you did not receive an email, please contact the office. It could be that we do not have an up-to-date email on file or any email at all.

Please note: If you have already logged into the school website before, it is the same username and password for School Ping. Contact the school office if you cannot remember your login details.

school ping - our *new* parent-school communication app

In order to simplify and improve how the school communicates with parents, we are adopting a new communication service called SchoolPing. Created by the same company that hosts the WOMBLE, SchoolPing has many benefits over our current text / email service which are detailed below. One of the biggest benefits is that school-specific information will be held in one place and not nestled amongst personal or work emails, so the information will be easier to find.

For SchoolPing to be successful, we need as many parents and carers as possible to download the app and log into it using your login details, which the school will provide. If you do not own an Android or Apple smartphone, the SchoolPing webpage (available via our school website homepage) and a traditional email service are available.
