Westdene Primary School & Nursery

At Westdene Primary we run a number of educational school visits throughout the year. Pupils can derive much educational benefit from participating in these visits.  In particular, they have an opportunity to undergo experiences not available in the classroom or school grounds. Visits help to develop a pupil’s investigative skills enabling them to further their knowledge and understanding and residential visits in particular encourage greater independence and facilitate social interaction.

There is funding available if required, to help with the costs for these trips, please contact the school office where your request wil be dealt with confidentially.
